Xavier Bencebi of Sunbright, TN

Xavier Rene Bencebi of the Sunbright community went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital. Xavier was born September 19, 1986. He was of the Christian faith and loved his Lord deeply. “Xman” as he was fondly known  enjoyed his work at Pepsi Cola in Knoxville and the time he spent working at Save a Lot in Wartburg where he developed many special friendships.

Xavier was preceded in death by Machelle's son, Kendall Ray Henry, who was like a brother.

Xavier is survived by his Mother, Jo Ann Henry; sisters, Machelle (Tim) Sexton, Janice (Doug) Brown; nephews, Devin and Drent Brown; aunt, Sandy (Richard) Spurling and cousins, Justan and Michael Spurling and friend, Jesse Garcia.

He is also survived by his birth mother, Juana Castaneda Bautista, brothers, Diego Garcia Castaneda and David Castaneda, (Chrissi Mooren); sister, Juana Garcia Castaneda and nieces, Addisyn Paige Garcia and Ana Elizabeth Garcia.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Herb Judkins officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Byrd Church in Sunbright.
