William Johnson

Mr. William (Bill) Chester Johnson age 66 of Sunbright passed away Saturday April 14, 2012. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a Life time member of the D.A.V. of Chattanooga. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and the Shriners. Bill was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Mill Creek. He was preceded in death by his Father Robert E. Johnson, Mother Mettie L. Johnson, and Sister Zelda Johnson.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Johnson
Son: William Scott Johnson
Step-son: Lenny Delius, and Russell Delius
Grandson: James Brodie Johnson
Brother: Robert E. Johnson & wife Carolyn and their one child Mike
Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday April 16, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Tuesday 11 am Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Mill Creek, with Rev. Charles Webb, Rev. David Webb and Rev. David Dial officiating, interment will follow in the church cemetery with Military Honors.
