William Adkins

Mr. William Lacy Adkins, age 80 ,of Harriman was called home Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Park West Hospital in Knoxville. He was formerly of Morgan County. A member of Riverside Baptist Church and was retired from Union Carbide.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 1/2 years; Nola Barger Adkins,
Daughters; Cathy and Linda Adkins, parents; Lacy and Martha Adkins.

He is survived by daughters; Viola (Tootsie) and Jerry Tate, Ketta and Lee Smith of Harriman, Shirley and John Seely of Kevil, KY,
Son; Keith and Tammy Adkins of Ten Mile,
Grandchildren; April Tate of Louisville, TN, Steve and Renea Turner of Paduck, KY, John Seely, Jr. and Brandi of Bowling Green, KY, Erik Seely of Kevil, KY, Hunter and Cassidy Adkins of Oak Ridge, TN, Jennifer Smith, Amy and Joe Teyeda of Harriman, TN, James and Julia Smith of Oliver Springs, TN,
Great-grandchildren; Cody and Shelby Turner of Paduck, KY, Makayla and Madysien Seely of Bowling Green, KY, Caleb and Isabella Teyeda of Harriman,
Sisters; Jessie Hamill of Rockwood, Josephine Smith of Harriman,
Brother; Charles and Mayadgile Adkins of Harriman,
Also a host of brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and special neighbors and camping friends.

The family will receive friends Monday evening, December 21, 2009 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5-7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will follow with Bro. Mason Goodman and Bro. Steve Turner officiating.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. in The Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Sunbright, TN
