Wendell Freytag

Wendell (Gene) Freytag beloved husband, father and grandfather of the Sunbright Community went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Gene was retired and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed farming and helping his sons put up guttering. Gene was preceded in death by his father: Leon Freytag, mother: Beatrice Bonner, son: Randy Freytag and brother: James Freytag.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Sarah Jane Freytag
Children: April and Alan Jones, Becky Douglas and Rick Garza, Wendell Buddy Freytag and Kim Moore, David and Lou Freytag, Daniel Freytag, Tim and Teresa Freytag and Lori and Ken Makins
Grandchildren: Joseph and Tabitha Riggs, Kristy Freytag, BJ and Cassie Freytag, Whitney and Clarence Hensley, Raven Jones, Jericho Makins, Kendra Freytag, Daniel Freytag, Courtney Freytag, Jordan Makins, Natasha Freytag and Jacob Freytag.
Great Grandchildren: Faith, Hailey, Madison, Izaiah and Eli
Sister Peggy and Wilburn Douglas and Euna Faye and Lewis Mackie
Sister-In-Law: Jan Freytag
Special Friends: Mike Douglas, Harold Tripp and Numerous others
Gene will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 6 TO 8:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home Sunbright. Funeral Services will follow with Bro. Willard Gunter officiating. Graveside Services will be Friday at 11:00AM at Sunbright Cemetery, Sunbright.
