Wanda "Tilson" Emrhein

Wanda Gay Tilson Emrhein, 80, went to her heavenly home August 12, 2018.  She was born on November 7, 1937 to parents, Arvil Taylor and Hester (Sexton) Tilson. She loved her flowers, birds (especially hummingbirds), UT football, Lady Vols basketball and her beloved, little dog, Nikki.

She is preceded in death and reunited in heaven with her parents and siblings, Faye (Tilson) Jones and Paul Edward Tilson.

She is survived by, daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Richard Johnson; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Johanna Emrhein; grandchildren, Phillip and Amber Emrhein; great grandchildren, Brodie and Maddie Emrhein; brothers and sister-in-law’s, Don and Patty Tilson and Ray and Janette Tilson; sisters and brother-in-law’s, Betty and Will Hobbs and Lois and Tommy Sexton and a host of other family members and very special friends.

Thank you to the caregivers at Harriman Care & Rehabilitation Center and staff members of Caris Healthcare (Hospice) for the exceptional care she received.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Morgan Memorial Gardens with Bro. David Goodman officiating.
