Velma Lois Evans, of Lancing, TN

Lois Evans 73, formerly of Lancing passed away December 25, 2016

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Treva Melton; husband, Millard Evans; son, Nickey Evans; grandson, Lucas Nitzschke; brothers, Glen and Charlie Melton; and sister, Betty Howard.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl (Chris) Huskey, Marta (Rick) Nitzschke and Missy (John) Hopper.

Sisters, Marilyn Kent, Margorie Greene, Gayle Ross and Angela Ross

Grandchildren, Thomas (Kara) LaRue, Curtis (Samantha) LaRue, Richard Nitzschke and Patricia Baker, Cassie (Matt) Malone, C.J. (Jess) Vincent, Treva Evans, and Landon Hopper

Great grandchildren, Sumalee Larue, Jaxon Nitzschke, Liam Vincent and Rilie and Zane Evans.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with  Rev. Darrell Nance and Rev.  Doyle Nance officiating. Graveside will be Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Sunbright.
