Mrs. Tressie McPeters Gaskin, age 96, passed away on Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at her home in Wartburg, Tn. She was a lifelong member
of the Liberty Baptist Church. Tressie is preceded in death by
husband; Ray Gaskin, son; Roddy Gaskin, Parents, John and Susan
Shannon McPeters, brothers; Johnny, Bill, David, Archie and
Inman McPeters and Wilber Dilbeck and sisters; Georgia Hamby and Jessie Wedgeworth, Step-sons; Bill Gaskin and Carlos Gaskin.

Surviving Daughters; Sue McDaniel of Kingston, Tn., Patsy and husband, Marion Neskaug, of Trussville, Ala.
Son; George and wife, Cathie Gaskin, of Wartburg
Brother; Charles McPeters of Wartburg
Step-daughters; Hazel Binghan of Wartburg and Katie Crutchfield of Kingston, Step-son; Tom Jellicorse of Blaine, Tn.
She was a proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren,
A heartfelt thank you is extended to Fran and Lisa, of Amedisys
Hospice Service and caregiver, Barbara Heidle.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, Janurary 14, 2011,from 6 to 8 p.m., Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Paul Frick officiating.
Graveside services will be held Sat. Jan. 15, 2011, at 11 a.m in the Liberty Baptist Cemetery, Wartburg, Tn.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Liberty Baptist
Church Building Fund.
