Thomas Douglas

Thomas Michael Douglas, age 63, passed away on May 21, 2014 at his home in Sunbright, Tennessee. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Buster and Mattie Douglas of Sunbright.

Mike is survived by his companion of twenty-five years, Crystal and her three children: Misty Williams and husband J.J. with their children that Mike called his grandchildren: Dylan and Megan, of Chestnut Ridge, Tennessee; Jennifer Winningham and husband Kevin of Crossville, Tennessee; and Brian Brockway and wife Chrystal and children, Elyjah and Jessie of Crossville, Tennessee
Also surviving, Mike's sister, Janis L. Reed, of Lima, Ohio; Two nephews: Dennis Satterfield and partner Deanne, Shawn Satterfield and wife Tawnya, and children, Andrew and wife Emily and son Zane of Pensacola, Florida., and Matthew Satterfield of Lima, Ohio
Aunt, Marilyn Hough of Sunbright
Mike also leaves his special friend, Richard Wagner of Knoxville behind.

Mike was of the Baptist Faith and gave a wonderful testimony of his love for the Lord. Mike leaves behind many friends and loved ones and he assure them of his desire to be in his final resting place, at home with God.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, May 23, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Sunbright. Funeral services will follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Charles Webb and Rev. Charles Mantooth officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, May 24, 2014 in the Sunbright Cemetery, Sunbright Tennessee.
