Shirley Jean (Helton) Collins age 76 passed away February 6, 2014. Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved and was very loyal to her family and friends. She was a member of Rankin Chapel Baptist Church for 54 years. Shirley was preceded in death by her Mother and Father: Carl H. Helton and Maude (Stewart) Helton, Four Brothers: Infant Bro. Claude A. Helton, Alvin Helton, Willard Helton and Carl Jr. and Sister In-law Mildred Helton, Five Sisters and brothers in-law: Helen and Carr Bingham, Dorothy and George Redmon, Zella and Burton Bingham, Mary and Sammy Burchfield and Madge and John Summers.
She is survived by her husband and loving and faithful caregiver: Ray E. Collins
Two Daughters: Ginger (Darrell) Mitchell of Knoxville, TN, Vicki (Mark) McCullough- Harriman, TN
Son: Scott (Christine) Collins of Florida
8 Grandchildren: Audrey and Brian Bibb, Thomas Mitchell, Jonathan Mitchell, Reid Cannon, Brady Cannon, Courtney and Ray Cordero, Emily Collins and Wesley Collins
2 Great Grandchildren: Connor A. Bibb and Henry R. Bibb
Stepmother: Irene Swaggerty Helton
2 Sisters in-law: Irene Helton and Faye Helton

The family will receive friends Friday, February 7, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 11:00AM at Rankin Chapel Church, Oakdale with Bro. Mike Helton officiating. Interment will be in the Rankin Chapel Church Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rankin Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
