Mr. Robert “Bob” Ridenour 90 of the Coalfield Community went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 21, 2017. He was a dedicated Christian man who was a member of the Anchor of Hope Baptist Church in Rocky Top, TN.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita; parents, Elmer T. Ridenour and Lilly Sands Ridenour; 3 sisters and 1 brother; great grandson, Blake Nead.
He is survived by his daughter, Janet (Ed) Overton; son, Ronnie (Marsha) Ridenour, Rocky (Cathy) Ridenour, Scott (Michelle) Ridenour; sister-in-law, Jenny (Toy) Patterson and special family, Betty and Richard Randolph.
Grandchildren, Shawne (Deb) Overton, Chandra Nead, Amanda (Eric) Bougher, Jeremy (Nicole) Ridenour, Kristy Carr, Michael (Amanda) Ridenour, Darrell (Toshia) Ridenour, Monica Bridges, Brandi (Dillon) Deardorff and Brittani Ridenour.
Great grandchildren, Kyrsten (Zack) Koelling, Wylen Overton, Alexus and husband, Adam Galloway, Dominic Nead, Kaiden Bougher, Bradley Carr, Trey Ridenour, Aiden Ridenour, Gunnar Ridenour, Alura Ridenour, Tori Ridenour, Brenden Ridenour, Jacob Ridenour, Madi Bridges, Matthew Bridges and Deacon Deardorff.
Great Great grandchildren, Brennan Galloway-Nead and Daxton Galloway
And a host of nieces and nephews and special friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with the funeral to follow at 8:00 PM with Bro. Shawne, Overton, and Bro. Josh Hawkins officiating. Graveside will be Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Anderson Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 640 Oliver Springs Hwy, Clinton TN. 37716
