Robert Dodson

Robert Dodson passed away June 16, 2018.

He was an employee of J. Paul Smith Construction for 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma (Ann) Dodson; sons, Jimmy Lee Dodson and Steven Foster Dodson.

He is survived by one daughter, Mary Ann Dodson; 4 grandchildren, Sindy Dodson, Jenny Lee Dodson, Nicole Norris; son-in-law, Jeremy Norris, Angela Johnson and Shane Reese; great grandchildren, Calvin Rector, Haley Norris, Taylor Norris, Micah Hensley and Paige Hensley.

He was a great Father and a great Pa-Pa; he will be missed very much.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg.

“My Daddy”

Was a great man he was a true cowboy and an honest man. He always provided the best for our family. We never went hungry, we never went cold. He always took care of all our needs and then some. He was an avid hunter and he loved the woods. But he always took time to take us camping, fishing and swimming. I will miss you my daddy, I was always a daddy’s girl. I love you with all I have so go and be with Momma and my brothers. I will see you someday soon.
