Robert Bruce Cox

Robert Bruce Cox, age 90, of Wartburg (formerly of Howell, MI) passed away peacefully at his home on November 6, 2024. He was graduate of Michigan State University and retired from Ford Motor Company in 2000 after 40 years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Dorothy Cox, and infant brother, Terry Cox. 

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Linda; children: Randy (Deirdre) Cox of Okemos, MI, Dennis (Jen) Cox of Lansing, MI, Pam Leach and Will Carpenter of Whitmore Lake, MI, and David Cox of Sun City, FL; step son, Gary Taylor; brothers: Malcom (Nita) of Ann Arbor, MI, and Douglas of Northville, MI; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

He loved people of all ages and never met a stranger. Other than family, his greatest loves were missionary work, baling hay, singing in the church choir and singing solos at Liberty Baptist Church in Wartburg, TN. 

Roberts wishes were to be cremated.
