Riley Phillips, of Coalfield, TN

Riley “Clyde” Phillips, 67, from Petros passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017. He was a true outdoorsman who loved to dig ginseng and yellow root. Being outside was his favorite pass time.

He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Phillips and brother, Charles Phillips.

He is survived by his mother, Callie Armes; daughter, Melissa Duncan (Jack Wiseman), son, Riley Jr. (Carrie) Phillips; granddaughters, Annessa and Andrea Duncan; great granddaughters, Skyler and Sophie McBride, Kylie Melhorn; brothers, Carlos Armes, Eric (Leanne) Armes; sister, Jewel Armes (Jim Pemberton), several step brothers, step sisters, three ex-wives, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg.
