Rena Daugherty

Rena Carol Daugherty age 60, of Joyner, went to be with her Lord in Heaven on February 12, 2013. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her infant son, Larry Wayne Daugherty. She is also preceded in death by mothers: Rena Eileen Liles Gouge and Zena Ellen Liles Windham McFarland; Fathers: James Oliver Gouge, Sr. and Odis Houston Windham, Brothers: Ray, Tommy, Freddy, Billy and Paul Windham and Jerry Gouge, Brothers-in-law: Joe Tarner and Dusty Marsh, Sisters: Deloris May Windham, Kay Gamble, Sue Pelfrey, Wilma Edwards, Jane Underwood, sisters-in-law: Patsy Moore Gouge, Jewel Wilson Gouge and Yvonne Phillips.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years: Larry Daugherty,
Brothers: Eddie Windham and wife Donna, Frank Windham and wife Sherry, Jimmy Gouge, Billy Gouge and wife Laura
Brothers-in-law: Lloyd Edwards, Tommy Gamble, Don Pelfrey, Estel Phillips, Condy Daugherty and wife Lana and Lonnie Daugherty and wife Wilma
Sisters: Rose Gouge Tarner and Opal Covington
Sisters-In-Law: Bea West Gouge, Kay Armes and husband Gary and Brenda Justice and husband Chuck.
She is Survived by a host of nieces and nephews and three very special nieces: Christy Windham Tarner, Angie Windham May and Christy Daugherty.

Her Pallbearers will be nephews Jamie Windham, Caleb Wilson, Tim Covington, Mike Phillips, Scott Phillips and Brian Phillips. She leaves behind two very dear friends, Alice Woods and Ann Landrum.

The family will receive friends Wednesday February 13, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 8:00pm with Rev. Bill Goodman and Rev. Gary Armes officiating. A graveside will be Thursday at 11:00am at Anderson Memorial Gardens, Clinton.
