Reba Phillips

Reba Esteen Phillips, age 95, of Oakdale went home to be with the Lord March 27, 2013. She was a devout Christian and a faithful member of Oakdale First Baptist Church where she attended until her health deteriorated. She was preceded in death by parents: Foster and Mary Jennings, Husbands: Nathan Phillips and Avery Farmer, Daughter: Judith Ellen Farmer, Brothers: George, Edward and Albert Vowell and William, John, Franklin and Floyd Jennings, sisters: Annie Hill and Jessie Hamby.

She is survived by daughters: Peggy and Buck Miller and Tina and Wayne Young, both of Oakdale
Grandchildren: Jimmy Jones, Tammy and Bryon Adkisson, Jackie and Steve Kerns, Jeannie and Mark Neeley, all of Oakdale, Kevin and Holly Long, Harriman, Chris Young, Oakdale, Ryan and Chaya Young, Kingston.
She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 29, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 7:00pm with Pastor Ron Nickell officiating. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 11:00am in the Crab Orchard Cemetery, Oakdale, Tennessee.
