Raymond Powers

Raymond Arthur Powers, age 79 of Oakdale went to be with his Heavenly Father, Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Roane Medical Center, Harriman. He was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Mammie Powers and son; Dennis Powers.

He is survived by his wife: Shirley Waldo Powers
Son: Dewayne Powers, Oakdale
Daughter: Jeanie Powers, Oakdale
Grandchildren: Christy Roberts, Christopher and Sophia Powers, all of Oakdale.
Three Great Grandchildren: Jacob Roberts, Oakdale, Kaylie and Aubrey Robins, Lenoir City.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Bro. Kerry Ruppe officiating. A Private Family Burial will be in the Powers Family Cemetery, Sunday July 26, 2015 at 1:00PM near his home.
