Randel Laymance of Lancing, TN

Randel Colin Laymance, age 49, of Lancing, TN passed on to his heavenly home on August 28th, 2021 after courageously fighting cancer for over 2 years. He owned and operated Laymance Paint and Body for many years.

Randel fixed a lot of cars and trucks across Morgan County, Tennessee in that time, but more than that, he touched a lot of hearts.

Behind his chuckling smile and many jokes was a down to earth man who’d extend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He treated many of his friends like family and to his family, he gave everything. His wife Leanne, daughters Brittany and Katelyn, parents Brenda and Elmer and brothers Rick and Rusty are a testament to that. They carry his smile, his love, and his legacy.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Daisy Laymance, Kenneth Hall, Alyene Welch, and Claude Laymance.

He is survived by his wife, Leanne Laymance; daughters Brittany Laymance [Chris] and Katelyn Laymance; mother Brenda Laymance; father, Elmer Laymance; brothers, Rick Laymance [Elisha] and Rusty Laymance [Kasey]; niece, Abby Laymance; nephews, Don Laymance [Amber], Austin Laymance [Jocelyn], Logan Laymance; great nieces, Sophia Laymance and Marley Laymance; great nephew, Chase Laymance.

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Bro. Joey Aytes and Bro. Benjie Blakney officiating.  Graveside will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Church Cemetery in Wartburg.
