Patricia Northrup

Patricia Ann Northrup, age 80, passed away peacefully, Saturday October 19th, 2024, surrounded by family. Patricia was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 12th, 1944 to Irwin John and Margaret Eva (Schuller) Ryan. A dedicated homemaker most of her life, Patricia loved nothing more than the company of her family and friends. Those closest to her either knew where her nickname started, knew not to ask, or knew she would adamantly deny it being used. The secret is out now, but “Trixie” just know you are loved and will be greatly missed by everyone. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J.W. Northrup of Sunbright Tennessee, her sister, Margaret (Stambaugh) Ryan, and her brothers Joseph Ryan, Patrick Ryan, and George Ryan.

 Patricia is survived by her brother Daniel Ryan and his wife Darlene, her daughter Donna Gail (Northrup) Chandler, her step-son J.W. Northrup Jr., step-daughters Paula and Melissa Northrup, her grandchildren Steven Michael Whipple, Kaitlyn Lindsey Whipple, Garrett Jason Whipple, Sara Lynette Whipple, and her great-granddaughter Sophia Louise Whipple. Loving sister- in-laws Lucille and Geraldine Northrup, many nieces and nephews, including some great-nieces and nephews, as well as step-grand and great-grand children that she truly considered her own.

Patricia will be laid to rest at Graveside service will be Saturday, 1 pm November 16, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Sunbright,  with Bro. Charles Northrup officiating.
