Norma McPeters

Mrs. Norma McPeters of Wartburg passed away early Sunday morning, February 15. She was born in Buffalo, TX, May 14, 1925. She met her husband, Inman McPeters, while he was stationed in Houston during World War II. They married on February 5, 1946 and celebrated their 51st anniversary before he died in l997. She joined Liberty Baptist Church after her marriage. Norma was a loving wife, mother, & grandmother. Her life revolved around her family. Preceding her in death were three sisters, four brothers, and one half-brother & sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Mc Peters of Wartburg;
son, Inman Jackson McPeters & wife Roxane;
grandchildren Julia, Alexander, Lee, and Naomi Belle, of Albany, NY;
half-brother & sister, Charles LeGalley and Margaret Hoskins of TX. .

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 23 from Noon - 2:00 PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg with funeral service following. Reverend David Graves will officiate. Graveside service will follow at the Flat Fork Cemetery, Wartburg.
