Millard "Cowboy" Shepherd Jr. age, 71 of Wartburg passed away January 9,2013. He is preceded in death by his parents Millard and Lela Virgie Shepherd, Children: Angela, Randy and Shelia Shepherd and Tony Lay, Former Wife: Visie Arvenia Shepherd, siblings: Tommy Lee, Marie, Geraldine, Corine Wilson, Betty Bailey, Bobbie York and Charles "Chalk" Shepherd.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 11, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 1:00PM at Meadowview Church with Bro. Billy Baker officiating. Interment will be in the Covington Cemetery.
