Michael Ridge

Michael N. Ridge went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2025. A proud Vietnam veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Michael deeply loved his country and found great honor in serving. His dedication and patriotism were evident in every aspect of his life.

He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Sharon Rich; his beloved daughter, Freedom Ridge; his parents, Lester and Ethel Ridge; his siblings, Rodney Ridge and Janie Gunter; and his grandsons, Dakota Hooks and Gage Coleman.

Michael leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his sister, Della Cross; his brother, Wilbur Ridge; his daughter, Dawn Dirden; his sons, Eric Ridge and David (Karen) Ridge; his daughters, Amber Ridge (Eric Faulkner) and Krystal (Josh) Wright; his ex-wives, Gina Sutton and Helen Chambers; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His legacy of strength, service, and love will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Michael will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

The family will have a military service with American Legion Post #149 at noon on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg.
