Michael Morano, Sr

Michael Morano, Sr., age 68, of Deer Lodge passed away October 7, 2024 at his home in Deer Lodge. Michael was an avid hunter, who loved being in the woods, being on the farm, and loved being a machinist. But most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Supeck Morano; father William Morano, grandparents Guy & Geraldine Ferguson and Frank & Rose Morano.

He leaves behind 2 sons Michael Morano and wife, Amanda Smith and David Allen Morano; grandchildren Paige Morano (Roy) Hall, Kiley Smith, Jayden Smith; mother Shirley Ferguson Morano; siblings John Morano, Jolene Rogowski, Mark Morano and Pam Tenorio and a host of extended family and friends.

The family is honoring Michael’s wishes to be cremated, and no services are scheduled.
