Mary Jones

Mary Katherine Decker Jones (Mrs. Kay), age 68 went to be with her Lord, August 25, 2015. She was born in Rock Island, Illinois and moved to Spring City, Tennessee when she was 6 months old. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Mrs. Kay taught in the Morgan County School System for 40 years at Deer Lodge and Sunbright. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Anna Mae Decker and James Decker; son, James E. Jones Jr.; Brothers-In-Law, Bill Jones and John Jones

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jimmy Jones
Daughter, Jennifer Marie and husband Randy Travis
Son, Joseph Matthew Jones and wife Beth
Grandchildren, Matthew Jones and Savannah Travis
Sisters-In-Law, Martha Marie Hart and husband Dale, Darlene Jones and Linda Jones
Several nieces, nephews and cousins

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Sunbright. Funeral Services will be Friday morning at 10:00AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wartburg with Pastor David Graves officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Building fund or St. Paul LWML.
