Marcella Hall

Mrs. Marcella Marie Hall born December 14, 1926 in White Co., Tn, passed away Tuesday December 15, 2009 at Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.
She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Petros, Tn.
She enjoyed going to church, loved gospel music and singing in church.
Flea market and yard sales were a favorite pastime.

Preceded in death by parents; Poly Simmons and Josephine Simmons, step-mother; Ruby Simmons. Husband Vess Hall, Son; Sylvester "Mann" Hall, Brother; Clifford Simmons, sister Mary Leonard and one grandchild.

Mrs. Hall is survived by children; Patsy Garr and husband John of Snellville, GA,
Della Renner and husband Bruce D. Renner of Cleveland, Tn,
Jackie Burns of Cleveland, Tn, Pansy Taylor and husband Harry Taylor of Cleveland, Tn, Kitty Pizzola and husband Marc of Greenville, SC,
Vess Hall Jr. and wife Shirley of Oliver Springs, Tn
Joel Hall and wife Donna of Petros, Tn and Vernon Hall of Petros, Tn.
Daughter-in-law; Geral Dine Hall of Oliver Springs, Tn.
19 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Brothers; Rufus and Johnny Simmons of Rensalauer, IND.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral service will be Friday at
1:00 P.M. at Church of God of Prophecy, Petros with Pastor Stuart Sloan officiating.
Interment will follow in Petros Cemetery.
