Malissa Brown, of Deer Lodge, TN

Malissa Ann Brown, age 45, of Oneida, Tn. passed away January 15, 2021 at U.T. Medical Center.  Everyone loved Malissa’s sneakiness, she was always smiling and loved life.  Malissa loved crocheting but most of all she loved her fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward Brown; fur babies, Frisky and Princess.

She is survived by her husband, James “Jimmy” Jones; mother and step-father, Arthur & Margie Brown; step-brothers, Wendell and Jeramiah Brown; uncles, Larry (Linda) Billings, James David Billings, George Lester Billings; aunts, Nancy Rose Barnes; fur babies, Max, Jody, Emma Lee, Tippy and Red; several cousins and extended family.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with the funeral to follow at 1:30 p.m. with Bro. Josh Baldwin officiating.  Interment will follow in the Island Ford Cemetery in Lancing.
