Loy Vespie

Mr. Loy Eugene Vespie aka "Boss", age 63 of Wartburg, passed away on Sunday. March 14th, 2009, at UT Medical in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents: Martin Vespie and Maggie Zumstein; brothers: Earnest, LeRoy, and Billie Vespie; and sisters: Rema StringField, Delia Faye Vespie and Dora Mae Vespie.

Mr. Vespie is survived by his son David Vespie of Nashville, Tennessee; ex-wife: Julia Ann Hughes; nieces: Lisa Vespie Smith, Karen Vespie Redmon, and Tabaitha Stringfield; and nephew: Doug Vespie

There were no services held due to Mr. Loy Eugene Vespie's wishes. The family would like to thank the medical staff at Oak Ridge Hospital and UT Medical for the great care they gave Mr. Loy Eugene Vespie while at their hospitals. Also would like to thank the friends and family for their support and prayers during this difficult time.

Please do not mourn his death but celebrate his life. He was a simple man and would have not wanted any more than that. He will be missed but he will live on through the memories we share.
