Lois Cromwell, of Burrville

Mrs. Lois Emma Olmstead Cromwell, age 99, of Burrville passed away January 21, 2021 at Life Care Center of Morgan County.  She was born October 19, 1921 to Clarence & Louvena Olmstead.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Cromwell; parents, Clarence & Louvena Olmstead; brother, Ross Olmstead and wife, Juanell; sister, Irene Bostic and husband, Miles; son-in-law, Quenton Henry; sister-in-law, May Olmstead; grandson, Jason Cromwell; great grandson, Kyle Duncan; 2 great granddaughters, Megan Cromwell & Emily Branstetter.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Brenda Smith and husband, Tim and Mary Lou Henry; 3 sons, Leroy and wife, Carole, Jim and wife, Sherry and Wayne and wife, Etta; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and brother, Eugene Olmstead and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A special thanks to all the staff at Life Care of Wartburg for all their love and caring service to our Mom and Grandma.  She was the center of our family and will be greatly missed and forever loved.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 25, 2021 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 3:00 p.m.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Burrville.
