Lloyd Allen, Sr of Paris, TN

Our beloved Daddy, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather Lloyd Allen Sr. went to be with the lord on Monday May 23, 2022.

He is preceded in death by parents Henry and Polly Ann Allen and many brothers and sisters. He is also preceded in death by the love of his life, Robbie Ray McDaniel, and stepson Thomas McDaniel.

He is survived by his daughters in law Judy McDaniel and Linda Harrison and son in law Greg Harrison; grandchildren on Robbie’s side are Trey McDaniel, Karla McDaniel, Tom Wheeling and Tammy Harrison;  great grandchildren are Maddie Peek, Peyton Berryhill, Lane Markwell and  Stella McDaniel and three great grandchildren; one living brother Everett Allen from Indiana; three children Lloyd Allen Jr. and wife Sherri, Evelyn Young and husband Brian and Clayton Allen; grandchildren Amy Ward and Ashley Melton and Husband Buck, and Paige and  Heidi Allen; great grandchildren Cailey Armes, Brooke Rayfield, Emmalyn Lowe, Katelyn Rayfield, Caden, Liam, Lucas, and  Eliza Melton. And numerous other family members he spent the last months of his life surrounded and cared for by family and loved ones.

There will be a brief viewing at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 10:00 and 11:00 Thursday May 26, 2022, before being transported to his home and final resting place in Paris Tennessee. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church of Paris TN.  Daddy loved nothing more than playing guitar, singing, and spending time with family and friends. He did lots of that in his final days. You will be dearly missed.
