Lela England

Mrs. Lela Carol Catron England, age 73 of Sunbright, passed away Friday, April 9, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville. Carol was born February 22, 1937 in Harriman, TN. She was a member of the Sunbright United Methodist Church. Carol spend her life dedicated to education and taught high school for 37 ½ years.
She began her career at Wartburg High School for one year and spend 36 ½ years at Sunbright High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Jack R.England,
Parents; Lyman and Clementine Catron of Harriman, sister; Wilma C. Miller of Harriman, sister-in-laws; Opal Ross and Ova England.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Tim and Jennie England,
Todd and Tara England,
Daughter; Kimberly England,
Granddaughters; Maranda, Jennica, Jaclyn and Sara, grandson; Kent England all of Sunbright.
Sisters; Louise and Stanley Taylor of Harriman, Brenda Kring of Harriman,
Audrey and Thurmon Johnson of Kingston. Brother-in-law; Ova Miller of Harriman, sister-in-law; Georgia Carter of Oak Ridge, uncles; Carvin Catron and Paul Chitwood of Harriman.
She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and many special friends.

The family will receive friends Monday evening, April 12, 2010 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright from 6-8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will follow with Rev. John Slater officiating.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. in Sunbright cemetery.
Schubert Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
