Laura Pemberton

Mrs. Laura Pemberton, age 85 of Deer Lodge, went home to be with God on November 21, 2010, following a courageous response to cancer. She was born on October 11, 1925 in Massachusetts to Joseph and Anna Belanger. She was supported and loved by the church family at St. Ann Catholic Church, Lancing where she put into practice her deep faith and trust in God.

Laura Pemberton was preceded in death by her best friend and husband of more than fifty years, Ralph C. Pemberton;
Brothers; Oscar Belanger and Roland Belanger and his wife Angelina;
sisters; Doris Foley and Edna Boucher and her husband George.

She is survived by her four children; Wade Pemberton of Orlando, Florida,
Lynn Ann Pemberton of Deer Lodge,
Paul Pemberton and wife Susan of Covington, Tennessee;
Jane Lampley and husband Dearl of Etheridge, Tennessee.

She is also survived by brother; Leon Belanger of Forida; brother-in-law; Joseph Foley of Massachusetts; and many special nieces and nephews. She was blessed with nine grandchildren who knew her love and four great-grandsons.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 23, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg.
The funeral Mass will be Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 10:00 A.M.
at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Lancing on Island Ford Home Rd.
Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Sunbright.
In lieu of flowers; donations may be made to Hospice.
