Laura Ledford, of Lancing, TN

Laura Kathleen (Ellis) Ledford, age 52 of Lancing passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020 at her home.

Laura was of the Baptist Faith attending Elizabeth Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents:  Donald and Mildred Ellis, sister Marcella “Jo” Pugin.  She loved to play Bingo and loved all her clients at the Emory Valley Center. She use to be a substitute teacher with the Morgan County Schools.  She loved to have cakes made for anyone’s special occasion.  Laura loved her husband and her two kids and all her siblings. She was an avid scrapbooker.

Surviving are her husband Michael Ledford

Son:  Mitchell Ledford

Daughter:  Allyson Ledford

Brothers:  Ronald Ellis and Donald Ellis

Sisters:  Priscilla Fann and Tamela Griffith

One granddaughter:  Adalynn Blair Green

Also surviving are several Aunts, Uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Due to Covid-19 the immediate family will not be present but encourages friends and other family to come by and sign register book between the hours of 4:30 to 6 pm, August 25, 2020, Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg.  The family will be having a private graveside service at a later time.
