Lana McDowell of Wartburg, TN

Lana G. McDowell, age 74, passed away September 29, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.  She was born May 22, 1945 to the late Henry and Rena Antoine.

Lana loved working volunteer work at CASA and the Rescue Squad.  She was full of life and she loved family more importantly.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, June Lacoe and Anita Miller; brothers, Hank, Norm and Lee Antoine.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Wayne McDowell; children, Tim (Marcy) McDowell, Kirk (Rhonda) McDowell, Heather (Jay) Kallio and Eric (Kitty) McDowell; grandchildren, Alainey McDowell, Brittaney Kallio, Miles McDowell, Jacob McDowell, Paul McDowell, Clay McDowell, Holly McDowell and Harley McDowell; brother, Terry Antoine and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 4, 2019 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Robert Freels officiating.
