Kenny Neal

Kenneth “Kenny” Ray Neal, age 68, of Mossy Grove passed away on February 20th, with his loving wife of nearly 47 years, Delonda at his side. Kenny was a loving husband, father and animal lover, who enjoyed spending time with family, working outside and in his garden, and ginseng-ing. He dearly loved his family and all his animals over the years, including a host of basset hounds and cats. He was known for his smile, sense of humor, & his love of chocolate and Mountain Dew. He worked at Y-12 National Security Complex for 38 years. 

Kenny is preceded in death by his father Marsie Neal of Oak Ridge and his mother Ruth Hannah.

He is survived by his wife Delonda, son Benjamin ; special family friend Rebecca Guest, sister-in-law Debbie Bunch; brother-in-law Eddie (Teresa) Lane, and a host of cousins, nephews, and nieces, friends, and relatives.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 2-3:30 pm Schubert Fuenral Home, Wartburg.  Graveside service will follow at the Petros Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Petros, TN.
