Karen Niner

Karen Sue Longmire Niner of the Joyner Community passed away at age 52 on Saturday June 13th, 2015. She was a caring mother to her children and grandchildren, she devoted a large portion of her life as a caretaker, and not just to the children she tended to but for her family and friends as well. She gave her time and effort selflessly. She touched the lives of all whom she cared for, and left and everlasting impression. Karen was preceded in death by her mother Marie Longmire and Father In-law George Niner.

She is survived by her husband Todd Niner;
Children Jeremiah Heidle and wife Elizabeth Heidle, Waylon Niner, Zachery Heidle and friend Lindsey Shannon, Winston Niner, and Elijah Niner;
Grandchildren Westley Niner and Murphy Niner;
Father Roy Longmire; mother in-law Merry Niner;
Siblings Keith Longmire and wife Missy Longmire, Kenneth Longmire and wife Cathy Longmire;
Nieces Brittany Hamby and husband Jordan Hamby and children, Miranda Tapp and husband Cody Tapp and child; Nephew Brandon Longmire.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Bro. Jason Lowe officiating. Graveside Services will be Thursday morning at 10:00AM in the Union Cemetery, Wartburg.
