Julia Aytes

Julia Faye Davis Aytes, went home to be with her Lord and joined her husband of 50years Thursday, November 20, 2014. She was surrounded by her loved ones. She had fought a long, courageous and tiring battle with cancer. She faithfully attended Frankfort Community Church. Faye was a devoted Wife, Mother, Nanny, Aunt and Friend. All of Faye's special family could never be all named but she loved them everyone more than words could ever express. She spent her career caring for and loving the elderly at Life Care Center of Crossville.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband: Bernard - who she has missed dearly, her parents: William and Mae Davis, her grandson: Christian Taylor Aytes, sisters: Johnnie, Imogene, June, Dora and Mildred and Yvonne- They are joined for their "Endless Cup Of Coffee" , Brothers: Ray and Roy and Billy Jean and special niece: Debbie Williams.

She is survived by her Children: Jeffrey and Janet Aytes, Bruce and Toni Potter, Doug and Terri Griffith, Joey and Lisa Aytes
A Niece and Nephew she helped raise: Don and Kitty
Grandkids or more commonly known as Nanny's Angels: Nikki and Andy Bryan, Jeff Aytes, James and Brittney Aytes, Julia and Nick Blansett, Eric Griffith, Dustin Aytes and Fiancee' Kelsey Christopher and Whitney Aytes and Fiance'e Brandon Quillen
Great Grandkids: Austin Seiber, Hannah Seiber, Colton Aytes and Gabriel Aytes

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 3:00PM with Bro. Joey Aytes, Bro Darwin Nance and Bro. Tommy Winningham officiating. Interment will follow in the Frankfort Cemetery, Lancing, Tennessee
