Judy Adcock

Judy Adcock, 77, of Coalfield, Tennessee, passed away late Sunday night, February 9, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Marie Adcock, her siblings Mary Ruth Wright, Betty Sue Powers, and Brenda Ann Pressley.

She is survived by her son Bryan Humphrey and grandson Ryan Carson, brothers Paul Gene Adcock and Roger Lee Adcock, sister Bernette King, devoted caregivers, Tammy Crowe (niece) and Shelby Adcock (sister in-law), and a host of loving family, friends, and nurses.

Judy was a strong, determined warrior that fought hard to live during the last years of her life. Prior to her stroke in 2017, she was enjoying her retirement from a long career at ETTP and Y-12 in analytical chemistry. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors working in her flowers and bird watching, and was always up for an adventure. She was a true jokester and to spend time with her was a treasure for all. She will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends, but there’s peace knowing that she’s with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for all of eternity.

The family will have a private celebration of life and burial.
