Joshua Johnson

Joshua Jeb Johnson, age 19 of Wartburg passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015. He is preceded in death by great grandmother, Willie Faye Freytag and grandmother, Cheryl Freytag.
He is survived by his parents, Jeb and Mary Johnson; siblings, Juliana and Carson Johnson; grandparents, Mike Nealy and Andrea and Tom Bushek; great grandparent, David Freytag; Aunts and Uncles, Wesley (Kathie) Freytag, Allen Dagley (Delilah) , Nicholette Bushek, Matthew Bushek, Meghan (James) Alexander, Michele (Tim) Olson and special friend, Sherry Burgess.
Joshua was a very caring and loving soul who always had a smile on his face. He loved to make people smile as well. Many people loved and adored Joshua. In High school he was a part of Wartburg Central High's Football team, Drama Club and Upward Bound. He graduated with Honors. Joshua was great at everything he pursued. He'll always be in our hearts.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 2:00PM with Bro. Roy Langley. Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery, Wartburg.
