John Vespie

John Fredrick Vespie age 47 of Wartburg went to be with the Lord on March 10,2015. He was born on October 25, 1967 in Joliett Illinois. He was the Pastor at Bible Baptist Church in Lancing Tn for 14 years. He served as a volunteer Chaplain for the (MEPS) Military Entrance Processing Center. He was preceded in death by his father Wendell Vespie and brother Steve Owens Vespie, brother in law Freddie Lee Scott Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years: Tresa Vespie.
Daughters: Jocelyn and husband Joshua Craft & Lydia Vespie
Grandchildren: Jolie Marie Craft. Jemma Cheyenne Craft, Jathan John Knox Craft.
Mother: Joyce Owens Vespie, Step father: Frank Owens
Brother: Doug Owens and wife Denise.
Mother in laws: Linda Scott and Robin Hall, Father in laws: Ronald Hall and Fred Scott,
Brother in law: Bobby Lee Scott
Brother n law: Ronald Hall jr of Clarkrange, Darrell and wife Julie Scott of Murfreesboro Tn, Sister in law: Tonya and Anthony Manis of Crossville Tn.
Several aunts, nieces,cousins and friends
He was a loving husband father and grandfather

The family will receive friends March 14th 2015 at Bible Baptist Church 201 Montgomery Rd Lancing, TN 37770 from 11 am to 1 pm. Funeral services follow @ 1 pm with Pastor David Peacock officiating Internment will follow at Bible Baptist Church Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
