Jerry West

Jerry Carl West, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 29, 2022  after a long battle with COPD.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ray & Bobbie Joe Phillips West; brothers Jimmy, Larry and Andy West; nieces Rhonda & Andrea West; nephews Jonathan Byrge and Jason Braden III.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years Wendy Denton West; brother David of Wartburg; sisters Lisa of Wartburg, Susie of Caryville and Rosa of Powell; sons Mickey of Texas, Jason & Robert of Clinton; daughters Crystal of Knoxville, Rebecca & Carla of Crossville; stepdaughters Brittney & Jennifer; 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date with Pastor Chris Hawkins officiating.  Interment will follow in the Patterson Cemetery in New River.
