Jean Swint

Ms. Wanda "Jean" Swint, a lifelong resident of Wartburg, went to be with our Lord Friday the 18th of January at the Parkwest Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born July 4, 1939. She loved more than anything to spend time with her friends and family. Jean is preceded in death by her parents Pearl and Mae Stringfield, brothers: M.H. and Roy Stringfield, Sister Peggy Swint Nietzsche, and daughter-in-law Norma Gail Swint.

She is survived by her husband, Archie Lee Swint, two sons Michael "Hoss" Swint, Tony Swint, and daughter Brenda and husband Teddy Bales, her three grandsons, Brandon (Ashley) Swint, Tony "Toehead" (Kristy) Swint, and Dwayne (Tara) Bales.

Great-grandchildren, Abby, Eli, Brynden, Kenna, Tyler, Ivory, Joshua and Johnathan.

She is further survived by her sister, Patsy Melton

She will greatly missed by her Nieces, nephews

Also surviving is a host of other family members and close friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 6-8 pm Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 8 pm with Bro. Charles Webb and Bro. Buster Armes officiating. Graveside services will be Monday January 21, 2 pm Annadale Church Cemetery, Lancing.
