Jay Phillips

Jay C. Phillips, age 78 passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015 at his home in Wartburg. He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Verdie Phillips of Devonia, TN and several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by three sons, Rick Phillips, Alpharetta, GA, Robert Phillips, Wartburg, TN and Randy Phillips, Charlotte, NC; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and Carol Phillips, Wartburg.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 2:00 to 3:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. A Memorial service will follow at 3:00PM with Bro. Ottis Phillips officiating.
