Huey Ralph Melhorn, Sr. of Wartburg, TN

Huey Ralph Melhorn Sr., born October 16, 1935, passed away June 4, 2018. He was born October 16, 1935. He was saved in May of 1990. “He who dwells in the shadow of the most high will rest in the shadow of the almighty” Psalms 91; 1

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Vesta Melhorn; 11 brothers; 2 sisters; sons, Ralph Jr. and Roger Dale Melhorn.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Yvonne Melhorn; 2 children, James and Arlene Melhorn; adopted family, Darren, Cindy, Jacob, James, Rebecca Terry, Skylar, Shaylyn and Taylor.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 8, 2018 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 5:00 p.m. with Bro. Archie Corder officiating. Interment will follow in the Morgan Memorial Gardens in Wartburg.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Harriman Church of God or Morgan County Life Care Center.
