Henry Gibson

Mr. Henry (H.C.) Gibson passed away peacefully into his Lord's arms on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in Deer Lodge, TN at the age of 76. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ada Gibson, Pineville, KY; stepmother, Mary Gibson, Middlesboro, KY; sisters, Winfred Simpson, Wilma Gibson, Patti Hundley, Lavada Wortner and Gertrude Gibson; stepsister, Wilma Collins; mother-in-law, Beulah Robinson and brother-in-law, Jerry Robinson.

Henry was accomplished at auto mechanics and worked with his son Randy at Gibson's garage in Deer Lodge, TN where he enjoyed helping members in the community with their automobiles. He was a dedicated member of Sunbright First Baptist church and loved his church family dearly. He was an individual who loved the Lord and who was passionate about telling people about Jesus Christ, his Savior.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at Schubert
Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8:00PM with Brother Bobby Melton officiating. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Henry's life. Graveside services will be Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 1:00PM in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge, TN.
