Gwendolyn Laymance

Gwendolyn Sue Laymance went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at her home in Wartburg after extended health issues.

She is preceded in death by parents, William Pete and Marjorie Pearl Edmonds, Brother Bobby Edmonds, and Sister Mary Edmonds.

She leaves behind a loving husband, Jimmy Laymance after 3 years of marriage.

She is survived by husband, Jimmy Laymance

Sisters, Katie Gilmore (Joe), Cheryl Gunter (Larry) and Linda Moore (Ralph)

Brothers, Charlie and Randy Edmonds

Children, Kristian and Franklin

Sue loved to watch Nascar, Professional Wrestling but most of all UT Vols Football. Her wish was to go to a game at Neyland Stadium but never got a chance due to illness. She love to watch butterflies and was amazed at their beauty. Sue thought she was on Bristol Motor Speedway when Jimmy was pushing her around town in that old wheelchair.

She will be missed by family and friends.

The family will receive friends, Friday, September 30, 2016 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00–7:00 PM with the funeral to follow at 7:00 with Bro. Jim Disney officiating.
