Glen Redmon

Glen Redmon Sr. age 74 was called home on January 31st, 2012. Mr. Redmon was a lifelong resident of Wartburg and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by parents, Perry and Winnie Redmon, brothers: Willie Jay and Shirley, sister: Gladys Whaley and granddaughter: Mollie Conner.

He is survived by daughters: Gwen (Bob) Wilkins of Elwood IL, Denise (Larry) Ross of Clinton TN, Sheila (Kirk) Wilkins of Joliet Illinois and Leila (Colin) Conner of Celebration Florida and son Glen (Chris) Redmon of Lancing TN. Also survived by sisters: Rose (Jim) Schubert, Mary Ellen Lamance and brothers: Tommy ( Margaret), Louis (Betty) and Herbert (Sharon). He was a loving grandpa to 11 grand kids and 17 great grandkids.

The family will receive friends at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg Friday, February 3, 2012 from 12 to 2:00p.m. Funeral services will follow with Dr. Paul Frick officiating. Interment will be in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice or Liberty Church Building Fund.
