Geneva Armes

Ms. Geneva Clowers Armes, age 87 went home with our Lord, June 17, 2015 at the home of her daughter, Mary (Maggie) Morgan in Dalton GA, where she had spent the last several years. Ms. Armes was a lifelong resident of Morgan County. She was born and raised in Gobey, TN. She was a member of Redemption Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: R.S. Brock of Pilot Mountain and Motor Armes of Lancing, Parents: Zori (Goad) Clowers and John Clowers, Five Brothers: Estle, Daily Ray, Carl, Russell and Johnny Clowers all of Lancing and One Sister: Addie Williams of Oak Ridge, TN

She is survived and sadly missed by her Children: Jr. Clowers and wife Phyllis, Wartburg, Mary Morgan and husband Ralph of Dalton, GA and Kathy Bertram, Wartburg

Ms. Armes will be greatly missed by her family and those who knew and loved her especially Rachel her granddaughter and caregiver for the last several years. Rachel cared for her every need and with so much Love. It will never be forgotten

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 2:00PM at Redemption Baptist Church, Lancing, TN with Rev. Bobby Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Lane Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
