Evelyn Barnes

Evelyn Maxine Barnes departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and servant of the Lord. She will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, kindness, strength and exceptional faith. She was preceded in death by her husband: J.C. Barnes and her parents: Lonnie and Edna Goodman.

She is survived by her children: Roger and Angie Barnes of Lancing, Michael and Tonita Barnes of Mossy Grove and Bob and Diane Hellmann of Lancing.
Grandchildren: Catrina and Eric Maples, Jennifer and Steve Smith, Natalie and Tim Phillips, Jayson Barnes, Nick and Hillary Barnes, Elizabeth and Jeremiah Heidle, Christopher Hellman, Permelia and Joseph Bunch, C.J. and Crystal Hill , Mark and Kim Hellmann and Taffy and Richie Jenkins.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow with Chaplain James Dunn and Bro. Mike Barnes officiating. Interment will be in the Lane Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
