Eva Len Swint

The baby of the McCartt family, Mrs. Eva Len McCartt Swint, of Lancing, went to be with the Lord on February 26th 2025. Eva attended Milestone Church in Petros. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was an avid UT football fan and loved to cheer on her Vols, however her greatest joy was watching her daughter Carissa cheer on the Bulldogs. 

Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Swint and her parents, Pleas and Annie McCartt; siblings Sammy, Johnny, Emma, James, Robert, Sally Robinson, L.A.(Kathryn), M.D. (Letta), Glenn, Phyllis (Jr.) Clowers, Betty (Ralph) Fulks, Roberta (A.D) Kelly, sister-in-law Carolyn McCartt and brother-in-law Parley McCann.

Eva is survived by sons Robert and Mikie, the middle child, Christy Collins and daughter Carissa. Grandchildren: Amanda (Austin) Weatherly, Cody (Shaye) Haynie, Logan (Lexie) Swafford, Heather Fulbright, Channa (Greyson) Shadden, Great grandchildren: Jayden, Jaxyn, Addilynn, Rylenn, Harlen, Liberty, Carter, Rosie,

Letty Ann, Carson, Walker, Calen, and Baby L. Siblings: Ella (Bill) Smith, P.J. McCartt, Sue (Robert) Moore, and Gladys McCann. Sister- in- law Barbara McCartt and Brother- in-law Mickey Robinson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 28th, at Schubert Funeral from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, March 1st at 11:00 a.m. at Schubert Funeral Home.  Graveside will follow at McCartt Cemetery.
