Ernest H. Phillips of Deer Lodge, TN

Ernest H. Phillips, age 88 of Deer Lodge, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his Wife:  Thelma Phillips, Brother:  Leon Phillips, Sisters:  Helen Fullghum, Faye Phillips and 2 infant sisters.  Ernest was retired from Chrysler Motors.  He was a member of the Deer Lodge Congregational Church.  He was very active in his community with the Deer Lodge Volunteer Fire Department and the Abner Ross Center and working with the community on the 4th of July Parade cooking chicken.

He is survived by his Son:  Mike Phillips of Missouri

Sister:  Bernice Ross of Jamestown.

Also surviving are other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 5-7 pm Schubert Funeral Home Sunbright.  Funeral Services will follow at 7 pm with Bro. Frank Kirby officiating.  Graveside services will be Friday, 11 am Mt. Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge, TN
