Elsie K. Gaskin VanNorstran of Kingston, TN

Elsie K. Gaskin VanNorstran (Katie) passed away at the Harriman Care and Rehab on August 18, 2018.  Katie was born October 2, 1925, the daughter of Ray and Tressie Gaskin.  Katie was loved by her sisters Hazel, Sue, and Patsy brothers Carlos, Bill, George David and Roddy.  Katie also had a half-brother Tom and 2 half-sisters Dorothy and Connie.  Katie loved playing the piano, gardening, baking and most of all, her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clem, her son Len (Willie), daughter Dottie, and granddaughter Carrie Lynn.

Left to celebrate Katie’s life is her sons; Richard (Carla), Digger (Pru) and Ralph (Susan).

Brothers:  George David and Tom.

Also several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will have a celebration of life on  Sunday, September 16, 2018, 1:00 pm at the Frozen Head State Park Shelter B.

In lieu of flowers the family request that you donate to your local animal shelter.
